Blog Clus Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Blog Clus digital marketing agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with these terms, you can not use our services.
2. Services
2.1. The Agency agrees to provide digital marketing services, website design, and content writing services as described in the Service Agreement or Proposal.
2.2. Client agrees to provide necessary access to accounts, websites, and data required for the Agency to perform its services.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. The Client shall pay the Agency according to the payment terms specified in the Service Agreement or Proposal.
3.2. If you do not make payment within the time, then your guest post links will be removed as specified in the Service Agreement.
4. Term and Termination
4.1. The terms of the agreement shall be as specified in the Service Agreement. A breach of the terms of the agreement can be terminated by either party with written notice.
4.2. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential, including business strategies, trade secrets, and client data.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Client acknowledges that all intellectual property developed during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to, content, graphics, and marketing materials, shall belong to the Client upon full payment.
7. Indemnification
7.1. Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Client’s use of the services or any breach of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
10. Amendments
